Das Haus war nicht sauber.
Viele Spinnen mit langen Beinen.
Das Haus stinkt, das liegt an der Feuchtigkeit.
Als Sie die Tür öffneten, schlug Ihnen der schmutzige Geruch entgegen.
Was uns aber auffiel, waren die vielen Töpfe mit Stäbchen darin, die einen angenehmen Duft verbreiten sollen.
Das Problem der stinkenden, verbrauchten Luft ist dem Besitzer also bekannt.

Übergabe des Hauses hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist von der Grundanlage ok und zweckmäßig.
Offensichtlich hatte man einen Wasserschden im Gebäude: es gibt Stockflecken an verschiedensten Ecken bis hin zu den Vorhängen im Schlafzimmer. Hier ist der einzige Kleiderschrank mit einem Vorhängeschloss
