This house is located on a farm and cheese farm, ideal for lovers of nature and local products. The house was built in 1950 and last renovated in 2017.
In this charming house you have access to a communal chlorine pool of 8 m x 3 m and with a depth of 1.1 m up to a maximum of 1.9 m. On the terrace there is an outdoor shower, two sunshades and six sun loungers for sunbathing with beautiful views of the pool. There is a private porch to enjoy great evenings outdoors.
The kitchen-living-dining room is in the same space and is fully air-conditioned. The living room is a perfect place to relax watching satellite TV. The kitchen is furnished with electric oven, ceramic hob, and some utensils that will be of great help when preparing your favourite meals. With Mediterranean decoration, the house has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower that serves the whole house.
The house is only a few kilometres away from the village of Ses Salinas, where you will be able to find everything you need during your holidays. The white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In the surrounding area you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters, including Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbo and Colonia de Sant Jordi. The capital, the cathedral La Seu, the Bellver castle, the Baluard museum or shopping can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Near Palma there are several water parks such as Westernpark and Aqualand and you can also visit the Aquarium.
In the area there are cows as there is a cheese factory.
The house is situated next to a road and it is possible to hear the street. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
