1. Rücktritt
Bei Stornierung fallen für den Mieter folgende Kosten an:
bis 45 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Mietbeginn 25%
vom 44. bis 35. Tag vor dem vereinbarten Mietbeginn 50%
ab 34. Tag vor dem vereinbarten Mietbeginn 80%
sowie bei Nichterscheinen 80%
2. Änderung des Aufenthaltszeitraumes
Für Änderungen des Aufenthaltszeitraumes bis 45 Tage vor Abreise, auf ein verfügbares Alternativdatum binnen der folgenden 6 Wochen nach dem bisherigen Aufenthaltsbeginn, erheben wir 35€ je Änderungsvorschlag. Spätere Änderungen sind nur nach vorheriger Stornierung möglich.
3. Ausfall einer Person
Werden nach der Buchung der Reise Änderungen der Anzahl der Personen, insbesondere der Wegfall einer Person, vorgenommen, erheben wir 35€ pro Änderungsvorgang.
4. Reiseversicherung
Eine Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung sowie eine Reisekrankenversicherung sind im Reisepreis nicht eingeschlossen. Wir empfehlen dringend den Abschluss dieser Versicherungen und zwar unmittelbar bei Buchung der Reise.
5. Zum Absatz 1., 2. und 3. bleibt es Ihnen unbenommen nachzuweisen, dass keine oder wesentlich geringere Kosten entstanden sind.
6. Zahlungsmodalitäten
Anzahlung in Höhe von 25% vom Mietpreis, zahlbar sofort (spätestens 10 Tage nach Anmietung.
Restzahlung zahlbar 30 Tage vor Reiseantritt.
