Cancellation policy:
30 - 26 days before arrival: 30% of the booking value;
25 - 21 days before arrival: 50% of the booking value;
20 - 14 days before arrival: 75% of the booking value;
less than 13 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the booking value.
The next business day after the cancellation notice is decisive for the calculation of the booking penalty.
Upon arrival, the balance for the Resort Fee and Service Kit will be required in cash.
We also ask for your credit card details as a guarantee for the apartment.
