This beautifully furnished apartment is located in a two-family house with a big, beautiful garden, a private pool and a dreamy view. It has a wonderfully beautiful living-dining room with an open kitchen and a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains. The kitchen is usefully kitted out with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven with a ceramic hob and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The apartment includes a large bedroom with a big, beautiful bathroom and an additional separate WC.
The living room features a good sofa bed, allowing up to 4 people to have a comfortable stay in the apartment. Of course, there's a TV/stereo system and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 people.
You can make yourself comfortable in the seating area and on the sunbathing lawn.
The swimming pool is 13m long and 3.5m wide and can be heated with solar technology. This lets the pool be used from spring and into autumn. The pool is for both apartments.

The romantic little village of Porto Valtravaglia sits by Lake Maggiore, 5 km south of Luino and approx. 15 minutes' drive from the Swiss border and Ponte Tresa.
It has a harbour, small shops, a supermercato, bars and restaurants.
Portovaltravaglia is an ideal starting point for excursions to neighbouring cities such as Luino, Varese, Milan, Lugano, or to the Borromean Islands.
The house is situated in a very quiet and sunny location just above Porto Valtravaglia with a stunning view of the lake and mountains. The town of Luino is approx. 5 km away, and the Swiss border approx. 20 km.
