Welcome to the holiday apartment on our farm in the Westerwald! The holiday apartment is named after our most hardworking helper and Steffi's father Hermann.
In addition to the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.8 m X 2 m and 2 m X 2 m), baby beds and two sofa beds (1.6 m X 2 m and 1.8 m X 2 m) are available upon request. With a modern bathroom, a very well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room, we offer you the perfect place for your getaway.
Our spacious holiday apartment covers 67 square meters and is located on the ground floor of our house, in close proximity to the A3 motorway. Thanks to this convenient location, you can easily and quickly reach Neuwied (just 15 km away), Koblenz, and the natural treasures of the Westerwald.
We want you to feel at home here. If you have any questions or need local tips, we are happy to help. The Westerwald offers numerous hiking trails and charming villages waiting to be explored.

Please note: Our farm is a vibrant agricultural operation where we lovingly care for our animals. We house about 20 chickens, 3 ducks, 2 turkeys, 4 dogs, 6 cats, 10 sheep, and 10 horses. Since we are an active farm, there may occasionally be noise and agricultural activities that are part of rural life. It is also possible that a bit of dirt may occur due to our animals. We always strive to provide you with a pleasant stay and hope that you enjoy being a part of our farm life.
An important additional note for New Year's Eve:
Many animals live on our farm, and there is also a lot of nature with wildlife around. Therefore, the use of fireworks - both on New Year's Eve and at any other time of the year - is not permitted. Please respect that we want to create a peaceful environment for our animals and our guests. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a firework-free New Year's Eve due to our proximity to a shooting club and the nearest village.

Ihr fahrt in die Hofeinfahrt und nutzt direkt rechter Hand den freien Stellplatz, der für die Ferienwohnung ausgeschildert ist. Von dort aus geht ihr zur Eingangstür an der Seite des Hauses, im Schlüsseltresor findet ihr den Hausschlüssel. Den Code bekommt ihr von uns nach dem Buchen als Nachricht zugeschickt.
Der Check In erfolgt bei unserer Anwesenheit entweder persönlich oder bei unserer Abwesenheit über den Schlüsseltresor. Ab 15 Uhr kann man einchecken, dank dem Schlüssel-Tresor ist das Ende offen.
