Cancellation policy

In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation. If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

Košutići is a typical Istrian village, whose streets still have that relaxing Mediterranean ambience and a very soothing state of mind. With only 15 permanent residents it is perfect if you are looking for a little peace and quiet, and yet only 5 kilometers from Višnjan and 15 kilometers from Poreč and the coast.
