Holiday destination
Sautens is a small, romantic mountain village at the entrance of the Ötztal valley, situated at 820 meters. Our house is located in a quiet residential area with friendly and helpful neighbors. A free ski bus to the ski resorts has its stop just 40 meters away. Shopping facilities, banks, post office, and restaurants are available in the village. Around Sautens, you will also find a diverse range of adventure programs. In winter, the ski areas of Hochötz, Kühtai, Sölden with the Rettenbach glacier, Gurgl, and Hochgurgl are recommended, and for cross-country skiers, Niedertai. Austria's largest and most modern thermal bath complex, the Aquadom, is only about a 20-minute drive away. Even in spring, summer, and autumn, there is a huge selection of leisure activities.
Getting there
Car: From Germany: A7 to Kempten - Füssen - Fern Pass - Imst - A12, or B171 to exit Ötztal-B186, towards Ötz about 2 km to exit Sautens, OR A8 to Munich - Rosenheim - Kufstein - A12 to exit Ötztal. From Switzerland and France: Zurich - St. Gallen - Bregenz - Feldkirch - Arlberg - St. Anton, A12 or B171 to Ötztal-B186 about 2 km to exit Sautens. Train: Ötztal train station on the Western Railway line: about 5 km from Oetz, regular bus connections to Oetz; Train connections from Innsbruck, Salzburg, Vienna, Zurich, Munich; Direct buses to Sautens three times a day from Innsbruck bus station. Airplane: Munich, Zurich, Innsbruck airports - connection to the railway network to Ötztal train station, from there bus connections; Innsbruck about 50 km.

Ein großes Lob an die Vermieter. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und es wurde alles gut erklärt. In diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erw. und 4 Kinder) vor Ort. Ins Skigebiet sind es 4 KM. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

War mit meiner ganzen Familie 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Jägerhäusel hatten einen schönen Urlaub die Unterkunft war sauber, die Einrichtung hochwertig und mit viel liebe eingerichtet so das wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben,der Kontakt zu den Vermieter war sehr freundlich.
