In the event of cancellations, we always try to find a replacement booking.
However, if no new booking is possible, the agreed cancellation fees will be charged.
Costs incurred in the event of cancellation:

Cancellation within 42 to 30 days before arrival = 75% cancellation fee if the flat cannot be re-let.

The flat is located at Schulzenstrasse 17 (corner of Maybachstrasse).
This is one of the best residential areas on the island, as it is only a 4-minute walk to the surf café/north beach and 3 minutes to the town. However, it is still an extremely quiet location.

- next bus stop 80m (= next cross street)
- 3 bakeries in 250m (3 minutes on foot)
- large Kruse (Edeka) food market approx. 250m (3 minutes on foot)
- Netto supermarket at the water tower approx. 650m
- Pedestrian zone (city centre) 400m

Getting there
You have to take a ferry to Norderney. (Frisia shipping company https://www.frisonaut.de)
Arrival alternative 1: Arrival by car to Norddeich (parking in the Frisia car parks near the harbour. Distance to the ferry terminal between 500m and 1500m, depending on the car park. There are also shuttle buses from the car park to the ferry.
Alternative 2: You can also take the ferry to the island and then park your car on the island (public car parks). IMPORTANT: the car must not be left at the flat, only for loading or unloading on arrival/departure
Travel alternative 3: the Deutsche Bahn railway runs on the mainland right up to the ferry terminal
On the island then optionally -
- on foot from the harbour to the flat (1900m)
- from the harbour by bus => bus line 2 stops approx. 80m from the flat.

Wir haben als Familie eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung auf Norderney verbracht.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten ist man am Strand oder auch im Ortszentrum. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem der kleine Balkon lädt zum Frühstück in der Sonne ein und wurde von uns oft genutzt. Im abgeschlossenen Innenhof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden, was wir auch sehr praktisch fanden. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung sehr sauber und auch die Kontaktaufnahme und Absprache im Vorfeld klappte wunderbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf dieser wunderschönen Insel und kommen sicher nochmal wieder.
