Cancellation policy
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy:
1. Free cancellation of the reservation is possible without charge at least 35 days before the planned arrival. In this case, the deposit will be refunded in full.
2. In the event of cancellation less than 35 days before arrival, the paid deposit of 50% is non-refundable.
3. The total amount of the reservation must be paid no later than two weeks before the planned arrival. In case of non-payment, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without refund of the deposit.

Holiday destination
Modern family campsite Lanterna, one of the largest in Croatia, is less than 2km from our apartment. It features numerous beautiful beache - pebble, sandy, and rocky. Our guests are entitled to a free entry pass to the campsite by car. The Baredine Cave is 5km from our accommodation. It is a karst phenomenon, a geomorphological natural monument, and the first speleological site in Istria equipped for tourism. The towns of Novigrad, Poreč, Istralandia and many other attractions are within about 7-10km of us.
Getting there
When you arrive at the address Bankovac 9, Vabriga, park your vehicle or vehicles (maximum 2) in the private parking lot located immediately to the right as soon as you enter the courtyard of the building.
The main entrance to the building will always be unlocked - push the door a little harder.
The entrance to our apartment is located immediately on the ground floor on the right. To enter the apartment, it is necessary to enter the received password and then the padlock sign, after which the door will be unlocked. We will send you the password the day before your arrival.
