In the event of cancellation of the booking, the tenant undertakes to pay 20% to the landlord up to 2 months before the start of the rental period. In case of cancellation of the booking up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant undertakes to pay the landlord 50% of the total price. In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant undertakes to pay the landlord 80% of the total price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

The Seiband apartment is located in the idyllic surroundings of Akams near Immenstadt, surrounded by meadows and with beautiful mountain views. The region offers a wide range of holiday opportunities all year round: hiking in the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park and water sports at the Großer Alpsee in summer, as well as cross-country skiing in Diepolz and tobogganing on the 5.5 km long natural toboggan run at noon in winter.

Sehr unkomplizierter und sympathischer Gastgeber Herr Seiband.
Das Landhaus befindet sich freistehend und es gibt einen wirklich wunderschönen Ausblick in die Berge. Trotz der ruhigen Lage des Landhauses abseits vom Trubel sind Restaurants, Wanderwege und viele andere Freizeitangebote prima erreichbar.
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, hat unheimlich bequeme Boxspringbetten und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Auf dem Balkon lässt sich schön sitzen und entspannen. Es gibt einen toll gestalteten Wellness-Bereich im Keller mit Sauna.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön noch mal an Herr Seiband für seine Gastfreundschaft und für die tolle Osterüberraschung :-)!
