Cancellation policy
If a contract is canceled, the following costs will be charged by Rentals Egmond:
the owed fee plus:
for cancellation up to the 42nd calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: the deposit;
for cancellation from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60% of the gross rental price;
for cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price;
for cancellation on the arrival date or later: the full gross rental price;
for cancellation during the stay: the full gross rental price including all surcharges.

Getting there
From Germany, take the A12 towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen, and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the exit for Alkmaar/Heiloo, at the 3/4 roundabout head towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.
Drive along the boulevard by the sea.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick über die Dünen und das Meer. Einziger Minuspunkt: bei den niedrigen Temperaturen schafft die Heizung keine wohlige Wärme, jedoch Abhilfe durch kurze Mail an den Verwalter, 5 Min. später hatten wir einen Heizstrahler, der die Wohnung dann schön temperierte.
Tolle Ausstattung, sehr schön renoviertes Bad. Alles in allem ein sehr sauberes Haus, schönes Ambiente trotz "Hochhaus", wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!
