Villa Bella Vista is a stunning new 4-bedroom villa with a sea view, located in the peaceful village of Kaštelir, just 12 km from the historic town of Poreč and 7 km from the popular Lanterna Beach.
Spanning 220 m², this fully air-conditioned villa is beautifully appointed with elegant Italian-designed furniture. Each of the four bedrooms has a TV, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower for added comfort and privacy.
On the first floor, three bedrooms boast private balconies offering panoramic sea views. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, opens directly onto the terrace that overlooks the pool and garden.
The outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, a cozy lounge area, and a gas grill. The centerpiece of the garden is a 28 m² private heated pool, surrounded by eight comfortable sun loungers and three umbrellas, making it the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
