Olive trees, terrace with breathtaking views and tradition are the strong points of our ‘Torretta Sea and the city’, where you can spend relaxing nights under magic starry skies, surrounded by the beautiful Ostuni countryside.
The house is located inside an ancient tower, which between 1500s and 1600s was used as a defense building against enemy attacks.
It is adjacent to our Sea and the City apartment, with which it shares the parking, barbecue facilities and terrace; in particular, the terrace spaces are divided by planters that border the parts assigned to the apartments. However, access from the terrace is independent.
An excellent solution for those traveling in groups!
The house spreads out on two levels: on the ground floor you will find a living area with sofa bed, TV and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a room with a double bed and a kitchenette, a dining table and chairs.
From here you have access to the terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and deckchairs for your complete relaxation.
The terrace boasts a breathtaking view on the olive trees and the sea on one side, while on the other side it overlooks the historic center of Ostuni; the building is in fact located below the town walls.
