We would like to take you for a first glimpse of Noordzee Boulevard 32, a comfortable holiday home, located just a 200-meter walk from Banjaard Beach.
The house is located in the cozy holiday park 'Noordzee Residence de Banjaard' where all facilities are available to enjoy a wonderful beach holiday in Zeeland.
Enter this fully modernized family home, which is suitable for six people. Your four-legged friend is also welcome at no extra charge.
Downstairs you will find the kitchen and living room, which are fully equipped. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a toilet, bath and separate shower.
The spacious garden, located on the west, has a terrace with an awning, which can be used in nice weather. The garden is completely fenced.
Outside the house there is private parking with a charging station for electric cars.
Use of the swimming pool is not included in the rent (due to changed park regulations).

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or e-mail). Cancellation is only valid if you have received confirmation within the period.
The following rules apply:
Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: 15% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellation from 90 days to 28 days before check-in: tenant owes a 30% deposit.
Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before check-in: tenant owes 50%.
Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: tenant owes 100% of the total amount.
In case of no show or early departure: tenant owes the full rental amount.
In the event of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.
In the unlikely event that the object reserved by the tenant is or becomes unavailable, the landlord is entitled to make available to the tenant an equivalent or better replacement accommodation to be determined by the landlord. In that case, the tenant will never be able to sue the landlord.
