Cancellation policy
To secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% of the rental fee is due upon arrival. Additionally, we collect a €500 damage deposit, which will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Full Refund: If you cancel 21 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a 100% deposit refund

Partial Refund: If you cancel less than 21 days before your arrival date, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.

I am renting bikes and e-scooters with free delivery to our Villa. And my Brother is renting boats located 10 minutes from Villa. So, if you want anything while you are staying with us we will take care of it.

Our villa is located in the charming town of Bibinje, known for its beautiful coastline and friendly atmosphere. Bibinje offers a relaxed setting with local restaurants, cafes, and shops to explore. Nearby, you'll find the D-Marin Dalmacija, one of the largest marinas in the Adriatic, perfect for boating enthusiasts.
The Zadar Airport is just a 15-minute drive away. The historic city of Zadar, only 10 minutes away, is rich in culture and history.
Getting there
By Car:
Highway Exit: Take the Zadar 2 exit on the highway.
Follow Signs: Follow the signs for Zadar/Gaženica exit.
Head to Bibinje: Continue towards Bibinje and enter the town via the last entrance (near Špar market).
Drive: Go around 400 meters and take a right turn.
Follow the Road: Continue for about 500 meters and you will see our house on the right side.
By Plane:
Arrival: The nearest airport is just a 15-minute drive from the villa.
Transportation: The best way to reach us from the airport is by taking an Uber.
