Cancellation policy
Cancellations of existing rental agreements must always be made in writing (by e-mail or post).
If you withdraw from the rental contract, we will endeavor to re-let the period. Please note that we will charge a one-off processing fee of €49.00 for each cancellation. If it is not possible to re-let the period or part of it, the following compensation payment will be due in addition to the one-off processing fee, depending on the loss of rental income:
up to 61 days before the start of the rental period 0% of the total rental price (less all costs not incurred, such as final cleaning, laundry package, accommodation tax)
from the 60th to 31st day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total rental price (less all costs not incurred, such as final cleaning, laundry package, accommodation tax)
from the 30th to the 7th day before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental price (less all costs not incurred, such as final cleaning, laundry package, accommodation tax)
from 6 days before the start of the rental period, in the event of a no-show and cancellation after the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental price (less all costs not incurred, such as final cleaning, laundry package, accommodation tax)
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Substitute tenant
Every tenant can be replaced by a third party up to the start of the rental period if he informs us of this.
