Holiday destination

ASCHEBERG is a resort in Schleswig-Holstein with about 3000 residents and is located in the northern German hill and lake district on the Grosser Plöner See (natural park Holstein Switzerland). A place made for relaxing days. On the one hand relaxation and tranquillity, on the other, the variety of leisure options such as riding, cycling tours, hiking and culture are the best basis for a diverse holiday. The Plöner See is an ideal fishing area. A fishing license is required, you can get on at the Ascheberger Fischer. By canoe, etc., the Plöner See offers many views into the nature and bird sanctuary.

Getting there

Drivers (from the south) In order to avoid the Nadelöhr Elbe Tunnel, we recommend the following alternative directions: At the Horster Dreieck on the A1 toward Lübeck to the Bargtheide exit on the A21 toward Kiel. Exit in Bornhöved and take the B430 towards Plön. Or drive from the Horster Dreieck on the A7 towards Kiel/Flensburg, to Neumünster/Grossenaspe, then continue on the B340 towards Plön. From the B430 in Ascheberg turn towards Kiel into the Bahnhofstrasse, after about 100 m, sharp left curve into the Bundhorster Chaussee, then an additional 200 m left into the Schulstrasse, last house on the left side, no. 9.

We built INKA holiday house in 1995 and we added a 16 m2 conservatory in 2013. Das Ferienhaus Inka wurde genau wie beschrieben angetroffen. Es ist super ausgestattet und man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl. Der Wintergarten und der Garten sind ein Traum und laden zum Verweilen ein. Für uns war die Garage wichtig, um die E-MTBs sicher und trocken abstellen zu können. Ascheberg bietet fußläufig einen Griechen, Supermarkt und sehr guten Bäcker. Lediglich die B430 (am Haus nicht zu hören) nervt, wenn man an ihr langläuft oder bei den Radtouren auf dem parallel geführten Fahrradweg.

Absolute Empfehlung! Wir waren bereits im Winter im Ferienhaus Inka und jetzt im Mai konnten wir es wieder genießen. Das Haus sowie der Außenbereich sind wunderschön, sehr gemütlich und wertig eingerichtet. Selbst ein Regentag war willkommen um gut geschützt im offenen Wintergarten den Tag im und am Haus zu genießen. Die Küche ist umfassend eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Und wenn, sind die lieben Vermieter stets vor Ort und ansprechbar für alle Belange. Der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe erlaubt es auch ohne Auto nach Plön, Lübeck, Kiel etc. zu gelangen, die Umgebung des Hauses lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen zum großen See ein. Vielen Dank an das Ehepaar Kasten für diese wunderbare Oase, wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon heute darauf.
