Welcome to beautiful Bohus Malmön in Bohuslän. You take the small car ferry, which is free, over to the island, and once there, you can leave your car parked for the entire vacation. Here you will stay comfortably in one of the more recently built brew houses on Bohus Malmön. Close to everything, both restaurants and sea baths, as well as a summer-open grocery store. The house is on two levels with a living room and kitchen in an open floor plan on the lower level, where you also have a bathroom. From the living room, you have access to the house's terrace where the whole family can fit, and if the sun shines too brightly, there is an awning that can be pulled out. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds, and the third room has a bunk bed with a wider, 120 cm, lower bunk. Pack your picnic basket and go for a walk on the island to find the best bathing cliffs. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area, there are several fishing and quarrying communities with additional bathing areas, as well as coastal paths and roads with views of the Bohuslän archipelago. On the mainland, you are close to Kungshamn and neighboring Smögen, where you can continue to experience archipelago life and the archipelago environment on the now world-famous pier with bustling crowds, shops, restaurants, and a variety of boats. A pleasant choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, an animal park where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. There, in beautiful nature, you have the opportunity to meet animals like the wolf, snow leopard, or come face to face with the world's largest cat, the Amur tiger. Warmly welcome! Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
