The house is spread over two floors, with access to the exterior on both floors, and several terraces furnished with tables, chairs, loungers and umbrellas or awnings for al fresco dining. There is a large garden (not fenced) of approximately 1000 sq. m. to the rear of the property with a brick barbecue and pizza oven, and a further garden to the front with large fenced swimming pool (14m x 6m, depth 1.2m to 2.2m). The pool is shared with another villa for 5 people which is only used occasionally.
