The exterior of the flat is designed to maximise the enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate. The property has an outdoor chlorine pool measuring 7.5 metres long by 3.5 metres wide, with a uniform depth of 1.70 metres, ideal for cooling off on hot days. Next to the pool, guests will find sun loungers for relaxing in the Mallorcan sun. The terrace also has a barbecue area under a porch that shades the table set up for outdoor meals with your companions.
The accommodation is divided into two separate houses. The first two-storey flat offers a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning and Smart TV, open to the dining room, creating an ideal space for relaxing and dining. The kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, has all the necessary cooking utensils. On the ground floor, there is a second bright room perfect for reading, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a full bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and access to the outside; one has a balcony and the other a terrace with two hammocks. There is also a second bathroom with bathtub.
The second flat is on the first floor, as the first floor is not available, and is also distributed over two floors. On the first floor you will find the spacious and bright kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, open to the living-dining room where you will be able to enjoy all the meals prepared with your companions. This space leads out onto an outdoor balcony, perfect for breakfast in the open air. This floor has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed for 2 people. A complete bathroom with shower completes the first floor. Going up the stairs, you will access a second room that gives access to the terrace with two sunbeds for sunbathing. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for your use during your stay. If you are travelling with a baby you will be able to use the cot and high chair.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
