The outdoor areas are designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. The property features an outdoor chlorine pool measuring 7.5 meters long by 3.5 meters wide, with a uniform depth of 1.70 meters—perfect for cooling off on hot days. Next to the pool, guests will find loungers to relax under the Mallorcan sun. The terrace also includes a barbecue area under a shaded porch with a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors with your companions.
The property is divided into two independent houses.
The first house, spread over two floors, offers a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, open to the dining area—creating an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying meals. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and all the necessary utensils for cooking. On the ground floor, there is also a second bright sitting room, perfect for reading, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and outdoor access—one features a balcony, and the other has a terrace with two loungers. A second full bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor.
The second house has its living area on the first floor (the ground floor is not accessible). Here, you will find a spacious and bright kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, open to the living-dining area where you can enjoy meals with your companions. This area opens onto an outdoor balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the open air. This floor includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed that can accommodate two people. A full bathroom with a shower completes this level. Upstairs, a second sitting area provides access to a terrace equipped with two loungers for sunbathing. A washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available for your use during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and high chair are provided.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
