Special features
In the season from May to October, you can surf the Internet throughout the flat with a fast Wi-Fi connection. For particularly hot summer days, a 3-speed floor fan with oscillation is available to our guests.
The smallest seaside resort on Usedom and one of the island's four amber spas is located at the narrowest point between the 42 kilometre long Baltic Sea coast and the Achterwasser. A great cycle path across the entire island all the way to Poland runs right past the flat. There are several restaurants in the holiday resort that cater for your physical well-being. You will find a snack bar with seating and beach equipment directly at your beach access 7C in Seestraße.
Getting there
Coming from Hamburg, you can reach the island of Usedom via the A1 motorway in the direction of Lübeck. At the Lübeck motorway junction, take the A 20 towards Rostock and continue to the Gützkow exit. From there, take the B 111 via Wolgast to Zempin on the island of Usedom. Coming from Berlin, you can reach the island of Usedom via the A 11 motorway in the direction of Stettin, then continue on the A 20 to the Gützkow exit. From there, take the B 111 via Wolgast to Zempin on the island of Usedom. Take the train to Stralsund main station, Greifswald or Züssow, regardless of which direction you are travelling from. There you change to the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB), which then takes you via Wolgast to the island of Usedom directly to the seaside resort of Zempin.
