Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:

- up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation
- up to 43 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 29 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
- - In case of No show or in case of interruption of the holiday ... 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. Decisive is the day of receipt of the declaration by the advertiser.

Holiday destination
This has to be one of the best locations in Makarska only 200m from the main beach! Not only is it very near the beach but it is also conveniently located for shops, restaurants etc. There are lots of restaurants with Dalmatian specialties in front of the apartment and lovely caffe bars, where you can drink a first morning espresso.
Scooters, cars and private boat rentals are possible to organize, as well as a wide range of interesting excursions to the islands of Hvar, Korcula, Brac, Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik, Sibenik, Medjugorje, to the national parks Krka or the Nature Park of Biokovo mountain. You can also choose between different types of active holiday activities such as rafting, canoeing on the river or sea, hiking or boat trips, or visit the famous secluded bays of the islands of Hvar and Brac with their beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants away from the noise and crowds. Thanks to the excellent location, you can quickly and easily reach the main square, the seafront promenade, great restaurants, cafes, bars, night clubs, entertainment venues, etc.

Comfortable, well-equipped, clean apartment in a very good location /5 minutes from the beach, the shop and the promenade/. The owner was very nice, friendly and helpful with anything.
