Host's notes
Cancellation policy
If the rental agreement is not concluded after the rental contract has been signed, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price if you cancel 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, 65% if you cancel 3 weeks in advance, 80% if you cancel 2 weeks in advance and 100% if you cancel 1 week in advance, unless we can find a replacement tenant in good time. A processing fee of 40 € is always due for every cancellation.

The price shown to you is the final price.
We offer an optional linen package (bed linen, shower towel and hand towel) at a price of €13/person.
Please settle your bill with the cleaning staff on site, but order when booking.
For bookings of three weeks or more, we offer the linen packages free of charge.
If you are travelling with a pet, we charge a one-off fee of €20 per pet
and a deposit of €50.00.
Tourist tax (adults) included.
Children are also included in the price.
For organisational reasons, arrival/departure is only possible on weekends during the high season.

,das Haus ist modern und chic eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Der Ferienort hat so seinen besonderen Reiz .Sogar Damhirsche kann man in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung beobachten ,der Bodden bietet den Naturliebhaber alles .Die Kraniche kann man schon jetzt vereinzelt hören ,Rehe ,weiße Fischreiher ,und Milane gehören ganz Selbstverständlich zur Umgebung .
Wer mit dem Rad unterwegs ist ,kann auf einen wunderschönen Radweg ,immer am Bodden entlang in 17 Kilometern ,Stralsund erreichen .In der Fischhalle ,gleich in einer Seitenstraße neben dem Ozeaneum ,kann man ganz lecker Fisch essen .Unbedingt die frisch gebratenen Schollen mit Brattüffel probieren ,
Wer es urig mag muss einfach in einer der ältesten Hafenkneipen Europas rein und ein frisch gezapftes Stralsunder trinken ,gleich neben der Gorch Fock .

Liebe Familie von Schwanenflügel,
ihr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus ,, Sommerfrische" ist ein kleiner schöner Rückzugsort, um zu entspannen und Ruhe vom Alltag zu finden. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, so das man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in ihrem Haus. Wir können es jedem nur weiter empfehlen, für Ausflüge in der Umgebung bei schönen und auch bei schlechten Wetter gibt es viele Orte die man ansteuern kann. Selbst für unsere kleinen Vierbeiner war es einfach super schön dort spazieren zu gehen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
