Directly opposite Residencial Edison, there is a quiet, rocky cove, where you can swim and enjoy the tranquillity of the Mediterranean. Edison is conveniently located 2 km from the town of Peñíscola in a quiet and unspoilt area.
The apartment is in a perfect location for sunbathing and swimming and offers numerous options for all ages.
The terrace is an ideal place for sunbathing.
Large communal swimming pool (open from June - 30 September) with separate children's pool.
Peñíscola and its beautiful 'blue flag' sandy beaches, (approximately 2km, from the urbanisation and bus available during Easter and from late June to mid-September).
Peñíscola is home to an impressive medieval castle dating back to the 14th century.

You will be met on arrival at LUVALU Real Estate office and given the keys. (As soon as you book, you will be given instructions).
Arrival, Departure and Times:
We are happy to negotiate changes of day and times based on your requested length of stay and availability. Arrival is normally between 13:00-16:00 and departure at 10:30. Early check-in at the property before 13:00 and late check-out after 10:30 may incur a surcharge of €30.
Late check-in
between 16:00 - 20:00 will be charged €40.
After 20:00 there will be an additional surcharge of €20 per hour or fraction thereof.

Host informationThe apartment is my holiday home, where we like to come for a few weeks a year.
It’s right by the sea! I can simply walk out of my house onto the beach.
We are also happy to rent it out and we do this together with LUVALU Real Estate in Peñíscola, who manage the apartment for us.
