Cancellation policy
In order to receive a full refund, guests must cancel the booking at least 28 days prior to check-in.
If less than 28 days but at least 7 days remain before check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be charged for all nights booked.
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the full amount for all nights booked will be charged.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and there are at least 14 days remaining until check-in.

Holiday destination
The house is located in a quiet side street. The promenade is about 10 minutes' walk away. There is a forest right outside the door. Behind the house is the cycle path around the Steinhuder Meer, so you can set off right from the front door.
Daily necessities can be easily reached on foot or by bike.
Getting there
By train to Neustadt am Rübenberge station and from there by bus/bike bus no. 830 to Mardorf
or by car directly to the house.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Haus von Familie Fricke erleben dürfen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und gut mit vier Personen zu bewohnen. Der Kontakt zu Familie Fricke war total nett und herzlich. Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen!!!

Wir durften 2 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Fricke verbringen. Die angenehm ruhige Lage des Hauses und doch so nahe am Radwanderweg und ins Dorf fanden wir super. Der gut angelegte Garten mit Terrasse, vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Grill und abends die tolle Beleuchtung.....wir haben es genossen. Ebenso waren wir von der großen Fensterfront des Hauses, den elektrischen Rolläden und einer sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung des Hauses begeistert, und vor allem nicht zu Vergessen von dem freundlichen und netten Kontakt mit unserem Gastgeber.
