Cancellation policy
Payment Terms:
Deposit of 50% of the rental price within 14 days after booking.
Final payment of 50% of the rental price and deposit 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Your reservation is only valid once we have received your first payment. If we do not receive your deposit within 14 days, we will cancel your reservation.
If your second payment is not credited to our bank account 4 weeks before your arrival, we will cancel your reservation.
There is no refund of the deposit.
In case of cancellation, the payment is non-refundable.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance at any time.

Holiday destination
Villa Zee is situated in a beautiful location in the dune area of Nes. The beach and the forest are just a few minutes' walk away. The charming village of Nes, which is within walking distance, displays both the past and the present of Ameland. There are still some old commanders' houses and a detached church tower from 1723, but Nes also offers modern shopping and entertainment options.
Getting there
You can reach Ameland with the Wagenborg ferry from Holwerd.
We recommend that you make a reservation in advance through the website www.wpd.nl.
You can also park your car at the ferry dam in Holwerd.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche. Das Haus hat uns umfassend zufrieden gestellt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
Lediglich würden wir uns über etwas mehr Sauberkeit, beispielsweise die Dusche und der Außenbereich freuen. Bis zum nächsten Mal.
