CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
(CANCELLATION/NON-UTILIZATION OF THE SERVICES OF THE HOTEL (NO SHOW)
Cancellations of rooms are free up to 30 days before arrival.
After that we calculate the cancellation fees as follows:
29 to 14 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total stay
13 to 5 days prior to arrival: 60% of the entire stay
from 4 days prior to arrival: 90% of the entire stay.
90% also applies to late arrival, early departure or no show.
Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made in writing, also by e-mail to: info @montfort-schloessle.de and require a written confirmation by the hotel.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
We accept payments in cash, EC card (German, Austria, Switzerland) and credit cards (Master/Visa).
We regret that pets are not allowed.
Check in: rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. (arrival to 6:00) on the agreed upon arrival day. Deviations must be discussed with the hotel.

The Montfort Schloessle is in a quite location in the midst of orchards at a slightly elevated part of Lindau. It is 4km to the island of Lindau. 10 minutes by car. The city bus stop is 5 minutes away on foot. Enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Constance, the Alps and relax on our sunbathing lawn. For the little ones there is a large playground and a small petting zoo (three pygmy goats).
Getting there
From the motorway A 96:
Exit Lindau B 12 (Bregenzer Strasse) to roundabout "Berliner Platz - Lindaupark". Continue on Kemptener Strasse, towards Munich. At the "Renault-Autohaus Bernhardt" roundabout, follow the sign for the district of "Streitelsfingen/ Montfort-Schlössle" turning right on to Riggersweiler Weg. Straight on into the Streitelsfinger Strasse 38 (1st house on the right).
