Cancellation policy
Article 5 - Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be communicated to the owner by registered letter.
a) Cancellation before arrival:
The owner retains the deposit. He may demand the balance of the price for the stay if cancelled less than 30 days before the planned arrival date.
If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date mentioned in the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner may re-let the accommodation. The owner also retains the deposit and will demand payment of the remaining rent.
b) If the stay is shortened, the owner retains the rental price. No refund is possible.
Article 6 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner will refund the tenant all amounts paid and will also pay compensation at least equal to that which the tenant would have had to pay at that time in the event of cancellation.
Article 7 - Arrival: The tenant must arrive on the specified day at the time mentioned in this contract. In case of delayed or changed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.

Ich habe mich in dem Haus in Jebsheim sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und auf dem Hof / Garten davor kann man sich auch gut im Freien aufhalten. Gut, es ist nicht ganz leise, weil es direkt an der Durchgangsdorfstraße liegt, aber dafür sind eine gute Bäckerei und die Post fast gegenüber. Das einzige Problem könnte für den ein oder Anderen die lauten Kirchenglocken und die viertelstündig schlagende Turmuhr sein. Für mich war es kein Problem. Am Meisten habe ich mich über das Storchennest mit den Bewohnern auf dem Nachbarhaus gefreut.
Die Lage von Jebsheim hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Man hat von dort aus die Möglichkeit sehr viele Orte in der Umgebung mit dem Rad zu erreichen . Die nette Vermieterin hat mir gute Tipps für meine Fahrradtouren in die Umgebung gegeben. Klare Empfehlung !

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Colmar sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns viele Tipps zu Ausflügen etc. gegeben. 100m entfernt ist ein sehr guter Bäcker.
