The holiday apartment is 2 km away from the ski and hiking paradise Obereggen. The bus stop is conveniently reachable on foot (about 200 m), so you can confidently leave your car in the parking lot or garage. Hiking trails and mountain bike paths start right from Oberbühlhof. Other beautiful excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity: Rosengarten, Lake Carezza. You should not miss a stroll in the city of Bolzano, which is accessible by car or bus in 20 minutes.

Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal as defined in the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
The reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee up to 90 days before the day of arrival.
Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in time if you are unable to take your holiday.
