The apartment Leopold accommodates 2-4 people. The entrance leads into the large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and the adjoining living room with a wood-burning stove. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with double bed (160 x 200) and a separate bathroom with shower/toilet. The rooms are air-conditioned. The apartment Grange accommodates as well 2-4 people and is even a bit larger, with terrace and garden sitting place, 2 bedrooms with double bed (180x200). Attention: the apartment Grange does not have the same calender occupancy which cannot be indicated here!
The nearest bakery and butcher's shop are just under 3km away, and the larger shopping center is just under 10km away. The sea is 50-60 minutes away. Alès, the nearest city, can be reached in 20 minutes, Uzès in 30 minutes. Besides this apartment, there are 5 others in the building.

Up to 300 days a year, the sun shines here, bathing the landscape in the unique light of the South. When the Mistral wind blows, the sky becomes clear, the air pure. Charming villages and towns invite you to stroll and linger. The house is peacefully situated between two villages, away from noise and stress.
Via Lyon (or Geneva) to Valence, then A7 towards Marseille until Bollène (exit), then D6 towards Alès. We will send guests a detailed route plan.
