In the beautiful newly renovated stone house on the plot there is a small kitchen, dining area double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds that can be put together. Note that there is a ladder up to the loft, which is not suitable for smaller children. Also in the guest cabin is a bathroom with wc, sink and shower. Here you have two nice houses with plenty of beds, which is perfect if you are a larger group that wants to celebrate a holiday together. It is possible to charge an electric car (type 2) on site for an extra payment. This is the right place both to recover and to explore Öland, as there are a variety of excursion destinations. You have a popular bakery 6.5 km away in Södvik that offers a light lunch as well as its popular pizza. At Hotell Persnäs there is a pool, restaurant and events during the summer. You have fine restaurants in the cozy fishing village of Sandvik. There are also beautiful stone beaches and swimming beaches here. Also, don't miss Böda's rolling beaches and the atmosphere in cozy Byxelkrok.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
