In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental start or later: full rental price.

After a short hike through the dunes, you'll find yourself at the beach in just a few minutes. In the village, you'll find everything your heart desires: numerous shops, supermarkets (including Albert Heijn and Lidl), a fish shop, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini-golf, a swimming pool, a golf course, and a sports school. The cozy beach pavilion is open all year round.
In the Ooghduyne Park (about 1 km away), there is a swimming pool and a golf course.
Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg to the dunes.
There, turn left; after about 300 m on the left is Park Strandslag. The apartment building is immediately on the left.
