Holiday destination
The town of Krummensee is a few kilometers southeast of the Berlin city limits. The place is best known for its picturesque location on the Krummer Lake of the same name. The small village is located in the middle of forests, water, meadows and swamps in the “Sutschketal” nature reserve. The holiday home is located in the historic village center of Krummensee. Just a five-minute walk away is the popular natural beach, which invites you to linger with its playground and restaurants.

Host informationMore than 10 years ago we moved from the city back to the country. Since then, we have been restoring the houses, barns and stables on the former three-sided farm piece by piece.
By converting the former farmhouse into a holiday home, we want to promote sustainable tourism and rely on synergies in the development of rural areas. We also attach great importance to sustainability when it comes to management. Heat is generated exclusively from renewable raw materials. We generate energy through the power of the sun, which makes us almost independent in sunny months.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Familie Kehl empfangen und haben dort 2 wundervolle, erholsame Wochen verbracht. Vom ersten Augenblick haben wir uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt, die sehr geschmackvoll mit wertigen und nachhaltigen Materialien restauriert wurde. Der Ausblick auf den See war zu jeder Zeit wunderschön und man konnte den Ausblick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern den ganzen Tag genießen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist die Wohnung ideal. Fahrradtouren direkt vom Haus aus - oder das Fahrrad kurz auf den Träger geladen und zu weiteren schönen Touren etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Berlin ist auch schnell erreicht. Alles in allem ein absolut gelungener Urlaub mit sehr netten Gastgebern!
