Cancellation policy
With written notice to the landlord, the tenant may withdraw from the lease before the start of the rental period. The relevant date is when the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the lease, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Withdrawal 45 to 35 days before the start of the rental period 45% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal 34 to 22 days before the start of the rental period 70% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal 21 to 11 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal 10 to 1 day before the start of the rental period 90% of the agreed rental amount
If the tenant does not show up without a written cancellation, 100% of the agreed rental price will be charged.
The landlord is entitled to terminate the contract before or during the rental period without notice if the tenant, after being reminded, fails to make the agreed payments on the agreed date or otherwise behaves in such a way that continuation of the contract is unreasonable for the landlord. In this case, the landlord may demand compensation from the tenant for the expenses incurred up to the termination and for lost profits.

It is situated in a beautiful, established holiday park with atmosphere near the typical Frisian harbor town of Makkum, with small cafes, terraces, and restaurants with a lively, relaxed vibe. Even on the beach, you will find charming cafes and small shops to unwind. An ideal spot for various water sports activities, cycling or walking tours, and in winter a place to relax and a starting point for shopping or Christmas market strolls.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, sehr ordentlich Alles, auch die Gartenmöbel.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Urlaubswoche genießen können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Auch die freundliche Nachfrage, ob Alles in Ordnung war, ist nicht selbstverständlich. Gerne wieder...

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegtem Ferienhaus.Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und die Begrüßung der Vermieter sehr herzlich.Die Woche verging wie im Flug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
