The villa is located between the beaches of Albir and Altea, in a quiet and exclusive urbanization. The villa has two floors. The upper floor is at street level, and from there you enter the living room which leads to the dining room with a serving hatch to the kitchen. Furthermore, on this floor, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a guest toilet. From the living room, there is access to a spacious balcony with sea and mountain views, as well as to a spiral staircase that leads to the roof terrace. On the lower level, there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and a library/study with an additional sleeping option. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a spacious storage room. All rooms are equipped with a quiet air-conditioning system. Internet access is available. From the library, you can step out onto a covered terrace, and from there to the pool and into the garden. The garden features several terraces with seating groups in the sun or in the shade under old trees and palms. The house and garden are furnished with many unique pieces in Spanish style, giving the property a southern flair.
