Villa "Dolce Vita" is located in a private estate between Sainte-Maxime and Port Grimaud in an exceptionally quiet area with no through traffic, about 3 km from Sainte-Maxime. Close to the estate, you will also find the very popular "Beauvallon" golf course, which is also just 3 km away. Depending on traffic, these two destinations can be reached quickly by car in about 5-15 minutes.

This private estate with exclusive access only for residents offers exceptionally attractive features as follows:
- a private beach (from early June to the end of the Voile de St. Tropez) with a very good beach restaurant and menus at attractive prices
- boat mooring
- two sun loungers + 1 parasol per unit at the private beach
- a clubhouse with a bar area (operated in July and August) and a library
- a swimming pool heated to 28 ° until mid-November, 25 meters in length with a fantastic sea view
- a children's pool (for the high season)

The private beach and the restaurant are reserved exclusively for the residents of the estate. The beach is prepared from the beginning of June until the end of the Voile de St. Tropez, the beach restaurant is open for lunch from Easter and in the months of July and August also in the evenings. The clubhouse is located about 300 m from the villa = 5 minutes on foot.
