The Golfcourse Villa has approx. 260 m² of air-conditioned living space, distributed over three bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a dining room, two living rooms, a huge kitchen with separate breakfast corner, and a utility room plus approx. 250 m² pool and terrace areas. The house can accommodate up to eight people. The house is in a quiet, well-located residential area in Lehigh Acres, just a minute from the Ibis Landing Golf Course clubhouse and surrounded by four other golf courses. About 120 other golf courses are located within a 25-mile radius. Shops and tennis courts are just a few minutes’ drive from the house but can also be reached on foot or by bike.
