Cancellation policy
Anything can happen. However, it's unfortunate when someone doesn't show up and the apartment remains vacant, even though others would have liked to come. Please inform us in time!
If you start your booked stay late, do not show up at all, or leave early, cancellation fees may be charged according to EU norms.
The following cancellation fees apply for early departure or withdrawal from the trip (cancellation of your stay by written declaration):
- Up to 42 days before the arrival date: 20% of the total price plus a processing fee of 50 EUR
- From 42 to 14 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price plus a processing fee of 50 EUR
- Less than 14 days until the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price plus a processing fee of 50 EUR
- In case of no-show or trip interruption: 100% of the agreed total price
The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. If a valid rental contract is concluded, the corresponding cancellation fees will be waived.
In the event of a travel ban to Italy imposed by the German Foreign Office due to the coronavirus pandemic at the time of arrival, the corresponding cancellation fees will be waived, except for the processing fee of 50 euros.

This 3-room apartment is located in a private terraced house in Tremosine sul Garda, one of the most beautiful municipalities of Lake Garda, about 5 minutes from the town center of Pieve. You can reach the town of Pieve, for example, via the spectacular "Strada della Forra", through the Brasa Gorge, with breathtaking views of Lake Garda. Tremosine is known for its numerous sporting activities. Especially for hikers, mountain bikers, and tennis players, the region is an absolute must. Surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept terraced garden, with views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo, this apartment offers you and your family unforgettable holiday moments. The characteristic restaurants and bars in the historic town center of Pieve are also within a few minutes' walk. The things of daily need, as well as fresh rolls in the morning, can be found in a small shop, about 5 minutes away on foot. The popular town of Limone sul Garda can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, while at the same time you can enjoy the peace and quiet in Tremosine, away from the tourist centers of Lake Garda.
Getting there
Via the A22 - exit Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda, towards Riva. From Riva towards Limone. Just after the center of Limone, past the "Conad" supermarket and "Ortofrutta" on the right side, turn right up towards Tremosine.
Follow the road towards Pieve. At the roundabout in Pieve, turn right through a narrow passage of houses, continue to follow the road and after about 600 m, make a sharp right turn towards Mezzema or Hotel Panorama. After about 1.5 km, you will reach your destination.
