Cancellation policy

If a contract is cancelled within 82 days before arrival, the following charges will be billed: - the owed reservation costs of EUR 20 plus: - for cancellation up to the 42nd calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: the deposit; - for cancellation from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60% of the gross rental price; - for cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price; - for cancellation on the arrival day or later: the full gross rental price; - for cancellation during the stay: the full gross rental price including all surcharges. Cleaning costs, tourist tax, and other surcharges will be waived in case of cancellation, except for cancellation during the stay.
