Cancellation policy
Should you have to withdraw from the already booked trip, this must be done in writing, also in your own interest. The cancellation must always be addressed in writing to the agent. Depending on the receipt of your cancellation before arrival, subsequent costs will be charged.

from 5 days as well as in case of no-show, 85% of the contract amount must be paid.

Holiday destination
Bakers and bike rental can be found in about 500m distance from the house. A supermarket and a gas station about 1,000 meters from the holiday area. From May to October, a biofood market is organized every Thursday at the Museumshof in Zingst. The center (pedestrian zone with numerous restaurants and shops) can be reached after about 800 meters, the pier of Zingst and the Baltic Sea beach after about 1,200 meters. The small port of Zingst, located on the Bodden, is about 1,000 meters away from the holiday home.
Getting there
By car you can take the A19 from Berlin and the A20 from Hamburg and Lübeck to the Baltic peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst. Leave the A19 at the motorway junction "Rostock-Ost" and continue on the B105 in the direction of Ribnitz-Damgarten and Stralsund to Altheide. In Altheide turn off in the direction of Fischland-Darß and Prerow and follow the spa road L21 to the Baltic spa Zingst.
