The villa is ideally located for mountain biking and road cycling with kilometres of tracks and trails to explore. The nearby Lac de Saint Cassien (a 10-minute drive) offers many activities such as boat hire, canoeing, swimming, hiking and fishing.
The village of Fayence is only a half-hour drive from the cosmopolitan city of Cannes on the Cote d'Azur. The airport of Nice is around 50 minutes away. The famous and luxurious Terre Blanche Golf Club and Spa (voted France's leading resort 2019) is a 5-minute drive away.
The beautiful lavender fields and grottoes of Provence are also within easy reach.
The villa is within a 10-minute drive of the picturesque towns of Fayence, Tourrettes, Callian, Montauroux, and Saint Paul en Foret. Fayence is a popular village known for its Provençal markets (3 times a week), shops and fine restaurants.
