CANCELLATION POLICY BECAUSE OF COVID-19
In these uncertain times, we would like to offer you flexibility in your vacation planning: No cancellation fees if travel is restricted because of COVID-19. Deposits made will be refunded or credited to you.
GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
You can always cancel before arrival.
In order avoid misunderstandings, the withdrawal should be declared in writing. Decisive for the cancellation period is the receipt of cancellation notice.
Failure to start the trip is generally treated as a withdrawal. If you withdraw from the travel contract or do not start the trip, we can demand reimbursement of our expenses and the travel arrangements made. When calculating the cancellation fees, we have usually taken into account saved expenses and other possible uses of the travel services.
Compensation is calculated as follows:
- until 50 day before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
– from 49 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 45% of the rental price
– from 29 to 15 days before the start of the trip: 55% of the rental price
– from 14 days before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price

Holiday destination
The “Casa Liguria” holiday home is located in Cavi di Lavagna, an original fishing village right by the sea. In the small town centre, you will find everything you need for your daily needs: a small supermarket with butcher shop and fresh baked goods, cafés, restaurants, bars, a hairdressing salon, and various boutiques.
The kilometre-long pebble beach of Cavi di Lavagna with its crystal-clear water is one of the most beautiful in the entire region and is only a 5-minute walk from your holiday home (250 m).
Getting there
Via Brenner – Modena -–Parma - towards La Spezia - towards Genoa - take the Sestri Levante exit – towards Genoa – exit after the tunnel on the right to Cavi Borgo – towards Barassi – the house is on the outskirts on the right.
You will, of course, receive a detailed description and many excursion and insider tips with your travel documents.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Cavi im Casa Liguria verbracht. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet, es fehlt an Nichts und der herrlich angelegte Garten und die schöne Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Das Meer und das kleine Zentrum von Cavi mit einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guten Restaurants sind fussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, aber ideal, um die touristischen Highlights wie Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, die Cinque Terre oder Genua auch mit dem Zug bequem zu erreichen.
Unser besonderer Dank geht auch an die Gastgeberin, die uns bei Fragen sehr nett betreut hat.
Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir fahren nun seit vielen, vielen Jahren in die Casa Liguria und nach Cavi Borgo. Wir haben schlicht unser Herz an die Menschen und das Haus verloren. Das Haus ist so detailverliebt eingerichtet. Hela als Gastgeberin extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Dorf und insbesondere die Menschen so herzlich. Es ist wie ein zweites Zuhause. Alles ist perfekt für uns. Und das nur wenige Touristen nach Cavi Borgo kommen, ist ein Bonuspunkt. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder.
