Empfang durch Agenten gut arrangiert. Klare Erklärung. Casa Berreta entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos.Außerdem hatte die Natur viel überfällige Wartung, Garten sah nett aus.Pool auf der kleinen und flachen Seite. Unter anderem fehlte ein Magnatron und eine Waschmaschine. Badezimmer zu einer gründlichen Renovierung, es gab Rost in der Badewanne.Omgeving gut, ruhige Lage und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Stadt und mehr.
