Cancellation policy

The guest is liable if they do not use or only partially use the booked apartment (cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure). They remain legally obliged to pay the price for the agreed service, regardless of the reason for the impediment. This is not a claim for damages, but a claim for performance. The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano. - For cancellations more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be credited for 1 year, but not refunded. - For cancellations within 30 days before the start of the holiday, 80% of the booking value will be charged. - In case of late arrival or early departure, the full booking value will be charged. Cancellation is annoying for all parties involved. It's a pity when apartments remain vacant and others would have liked to come. On the other hand, something can come up for anyone. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

The sunny village of Meransen is situated at 1,400 meters on a sunny panoramic terrace at the entrance of the South Tyrolean Puster Valley. This high plateau is one of the sunniest places in South Tyrol. The idyllic mountain village with just under 900 inhabitants offers a fascinating view of the Puster Valley, Eisack Valley, and the Dolomites.

Getting there

On the day of your arrival, the apartment will be ready for check-in from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM.
