Villa Teva consists of a bright living room, facing south-west, composed of a dining room and a very cozy lounge area, opening onto the wooden terrace.
The modern, perfectly equipped kitchen is open to the living room and offers access to the courtyard.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms.
The master bedroom (double bed) with a surface area of 14 m² is adjoining a dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The other bedrooms offer beautiful volumes (12m² and 13m²) and have access to a separate bathroom, also equipped with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
The house also has a storeroom/laundry room with washing machine, which gives you access to the garage to store bikes or other sailing equipment, and a car
The swimming pool, measuring 7m x 6m, is secured with an electric roller shutter.
It is heated from June to the end of September.

The beautiful Ile de Ré offers you nature, idyll and beach, as well as a direct connection over the bridge to the great city of La Rochelle. Although the island is open to cars, the Ile de Ré is characterised by 115km of cycle paths. Cycling has become a true art of living on the island.
On the island, take time to stroll around and discover the particularly charming villages, with their white houses and coloured shutters. Enjoy the local products as well!
