Cancellation policy
If the tenant or landlord cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a substitute tenant or equivalent alternative accommodation who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:
up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price
29th to 14th day before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
13th to 4th day before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
from the 3rd day before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
The beautiful studio is located in a small apartment complex right by the sea with direct private beach access.
This optimal location, without direct road access as it is a cul-de-sac, guarantees a unique holiday experience.
Costa Calma is situated in the south of Fuerteventura. With its kilometers of seemingly endless golden sandy beaches, it is a paradise for sun worshippers and beachcombers.
But also water sports enthusiasts of all kinds, especially surfers and kiters, as well as those seeking nature and tranquility, will feel very comfortable at Costa Calma.
In the nearby area, you will find supermarkets, shops, banks, a German bakery, but also good restaurants and local eateries with diverse cuisine where you can dine exquisitely.
Right next to our studio, there is a beautiful Spanish tapas restaurant, open from 1:30 pm, with perfect service, where you can dine excellently and enjoy a magnificent view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Wednesday and Thursday are days off.
Getting there
The drive from the airport to Costa Calma takes about 50 minutes. After booking, we will provide you with detailed directions.

Sehr schöne Lage der gepflegten niedlichen Studiowohnung. Die Betreuung war sehr gut und alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Genügend Frotteewäsche incl. Bademäntel vorhanden. W-LAN wäre wünschenswert. Im Großen und ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das AP ist wirklich ein Traum: Von der schönen Einrichtung bis hin zum tollen Ausblick und der besten Lage, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Ausstattungstechnisch fehlt es an Nichts & die Spülmaschine ist im Urlaub wirklich top.
Zur Caretta Beach Bar, die nebenan liegt, können wir den Vorrednern nicht zustimmen: Es war nie laut, man hat während der Öffnungszeiten nichts mitbekommen und wir lagen oft auf der Terrasse. Auch die Live Music war nicht störend: Es war nie zu laut zumal nur am Nachmittag gespielt wurde.
Wir haben die Vorteile der Bar genutzt und Essen, sowie Cocktails direkt auf die Terrasse bestellt, was will man mehr im Urlaub. Da ab 22 U. Schluß war, wurde man nachts nicht gestört.
Vielen Dank auch an Antje und natürlich die Vermieter, der Wein war sehr lecker! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
