The village of Piovere is located about 360 m above the lake. The apartment offers a wonderful view of the lake and the opposite mountains. The accommodation has a parking space or direct free parking in front of the entrance. There is a public electric charging station in the village. The apartment is accessible on the ground level.
In the immediate vicinity, about 200 m away, the swimming pool of the Hotel Al Poggio can be visited by our guests free of charge from 01.06. to 10.09. Also available here from the hotel are a restaurant/bar, a tennis court (for a fee), and a bocce court. A children's playground and numerous events throughout the year provide variety. The Tignale-Card allows for free transfers, for example, to the Tignale beach by the lake, guided hikes or excursions, and also free entry to various attractions.
Around Lake Garda, you can gather great impressions and experiences at numerous festivals throughout all seasons. From the Truffle Festival to the Lemon Festival, the olive harvest, or the various wine festivals, there's never a dull moment. Enjoy the floral splendor of the decorated villages and towns and the friendly locals, whether up in the mountains or down by the lake. Those who prefer to relax by the lake have numerous beautiful beach sections available in both directions of the lake.

The climbing park "Flying Frogs" is about an 8-minute drive away. The beach "Pra de la Fam" can be reached by a free shuttle transfer or by car in about 5 minutes. In the town of Gardola, about 7 minutes away by car, there is a larger supermarket, a variety of restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy. In the town of Prabione, there is also an outdoor pool that you can visit for free as a Tignale-Card holder. Visit the oil mill or shop for delicious regional products at the well-known and appreciated Alpe Del Garda. The "Cascate di Piovere" waterfall is about a 30-minute walk from our front door.

Cancellation conditions: Booking changes and cancellations must be communicated to the landlord in writing.
- Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge
- Cancellations from 27 to 15 days before arrival will incur a charge of 15% of the total price
- Cancellations from 14 to 10 days before arrival will incur a charge of 40% of the total price
- Cancellations up to 9 days before arrival or
shortening the stay on-site will incur a charge of 100% of the total price
