An apartment furnished with attention to detail and user friendlyness (completely equipped with underfloor heating) comes with a full size kitchen which seamlessly goes over to the livingroom. In the livingroom you will find a couch as well as other seating which invite you to read, chat, watch TV or simply relax. You will also find a separate bedroom, a storage room and a spacious bathroom. The terrace is located on the west side of the apartment.

You love hiking, the mountain air and the sunsets - our house is surrounded by the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps and offers excursion and hiking opportunities. Bikers get their money's worth in the "Bike Area Streuböden".
In winter the mountain railway takes you directly to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. With 270 kilometers of slopes, 70 lifts, 60 ski huts, the Fieberbrunn motto "Home of Lässig" applies.
Als unser Gast steht Ihnen die Saunalandschaft Fieberbrunn (ab 16 Jahre) in der Wintersaison, und der Lauchsee in der Sommersaison (beides: www.aubad.at), kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Endreinigung beläuft sich auf Euro 75,- .
