A large selection of walks and hikes from Merindol and further afield in the Alpilles, Mount Sainte Victoire, the Camargue and the creeks of Cassis. Bike and mountain bike routes: The village is situated on the 236km long Véloroute (bike route). 6 golf courses within 40 kms of the gîte; of which the Mallemort Pont Royal golf course is the nearest (7 km).
Holiday destination
The cottages are situated in a quiet area, but only a kilometre away from the centre of Mérindol, a charming village with all local amenities in the heart of Provence (5 restaurants, 3 bakeries...). The village is ideally located in Luberon’s regional natural park and is close to several other villages and recognised natural sites. It is also less than an hour away from the Mediterranean Coast.

Das Haus, die Lage, das Grundstück, die Gastgeber, die Region sind ein Traum. Es werden keine Wünsche offen gelassen Arnaud und Dorothee sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Wir erhielten sehr umfangreiche Infomaterialien während der Hauseinweisung. Das Objekt selbst ist recht gut isoliert, so dass die Klimaanlage nicht regelmäßig gebraucht werden muss. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Whirlpool ist zwar bei so einem riesigen Außenpool nicht unbedingt notwendig, wurde aber auch öfters von uns genutzt. Die mit Wein überdachte Terrasse bieten von Mittag bis Abend viel Schatten. Morgens haben wir den Tisch in den riesigen Garten gestellt. Frühstück im Grünen..das ist echt traumhaft. Das Auto stand überdacht im Carport und war dadurch vor heißer oder auch mal nasser Witterung gut geschützt. Wir kommen wieder

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Tolle Lage, etwas außerhalb von Merindol, ruhig, aber doch zentral um die schönen provenzialischen Dörfer mit ihren Märkten und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Vom Haus aus kann man wandern, radfahren, spazieren gehen...In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Merindol, dort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für frische Podukte um im Ferienhaus zu kochen, das mit allem, was man dafür benötigt, sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Wir haben den Salzwasserpool tagsüber nutzen können und abends den Whirlpool, Bademäntel lagen bereit. Das Haus ist im provenzialischen Stil gemütlich eingerichtet, alt und neu ergänzen sich gut. Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt, sowohl im Haus , als auch draußen Garten und Pool. Pool ist eingezäunt, Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten.
